Youth ministry event comes to downtown Aurora

B Strong Ministries and the Youth Center are sponsoring a free outdoor event featuring speaker, Keith Becker from Kearney, NE and music from the band Rough Draft from Fort Collins, CO.  A free event for all ages!  You can learn more about the speaker, Keith Becker at www.toddbecker.org and the band Rough Draft online at www.roughdraftband.com.

Keith Becker founded The Todd Becker Foundation after experiencing a dramatic  conversion to  trust in Jesus Christ following his brother's death. The Todd Becker Foundation's purpose is to motivate young individuals to discover their potentials and ultimately discover themselves through first discovering God's plan for their life by placing their faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. In just 2 years, Becker has shared the story of his brother's death to nearly 10,000 students across Nebraska.

The band Rough Draft consists of four teenagers from Fort Collins, Colorado that are establishing themselves as a powerful ministry that challenges youth and adults to live out their life with purpose. They have appeared on stages from Florida to Alaska and have recently received radio play on syndicated radio show Total Axxess. Their high energy show offers a variety of music that is positive and refreshing.

Come join us for nachos and hot dogs starting at 7:00pm WHILE THEY LAST.

Since we will be enjoying the great outdoors, bring your lawn chair, blanket and bug spray. 

B Strong Wrist bands and T-Shirts will be available for purchase and drawings will be held for T Shirts, CD's, Bibles, and moreŠŠ..

B Strong Ministries began after the death of 14 year old Ben Strong, son of Cal and Sara Strong of Aurora and was designed to challenge teens and adults to live out their personal faith as well as provide opportunities to bring all ages together to worship God.
